2026 Safety Emergency Rescue Robot Competition: Guangzhou Event Schedule

Tournament Schedule Overview:

4 22—7 30	Register & Submit Proposal	Teams without their own products must submit proposals to obtain products from event partner vendors for secondary development before participating in the venue competition. The proposal submission deadline is 7 month 30 day.
4 22—8 9	Register & Submit Proposal	Teams registering only for the Innovation Track must submit their proposals by 8/9.
4 22—8 31	Register & Submit Proposal	Teams with proprietary products must register by 8/31.
8 7	Expert Preliminary Review for Creative Awards	Expert internal closed-door review of the creative competition proposal and preliminary evaluation; announcement of partner creative teams.
8 14—8 16	Roadshow & Creative Competition Results Announcement	The expert review will be held in two offline sessions, one in Guangzhou and the other in Wuxi. Participants may choose to present their pitches online or in person (in-person participation is encouraged). Results will be published on the official competition website and WeChat public account.
8 21—9 19	Venue Test Match	Jointly organize test events in Guangzhou and Wuxi (field testing reservations open starting 8/8; available Fridays and Saturdays only; closures may occur due to force majeure such as typhoons. Test events are non-competitive and for track familiarization only). Participating teams will iterate their products based on test event results.
8—9	Technical Iteration and Professional Coaching	Provide expert iteration coaching on vendor partnership creative team proposals to help participating teams enhance their product capabilities.
beginning of 10	Finals	Host the Grand Finals and Awards Ceremony (scheduled for one day among 8, 9, or 10; refer to the official website for the final event schedule).
